Ky-Mani was born on February 26, 1976, from Falmouth Jamaica. He is among the most wealthy and popular Reggae artists. He starred in the iconic film Shottas alongside another artist Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani, who signed with Shang Records for his 1996 debut Like Father Like Son album and singles like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the number one British reggae single),"Who The Cap" (remix), Sensimelia and more all added to the increasing recognition for his new generation reggae music. Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell from Fugees to perform Electric Avenue from Eddy Grant. The song has been a big hit since 1997. Marley performed for the first time at Midem, an international concert which was held in Miami. Marley gave a concert at the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live in 36 different countries.
